Whoa. I finally get those punks who wear their boxers outside their pants. No one can give them wedgies that way. Huh. I feel enlightened. Everything (well, almost everything) makes sense if you think about it... Or they could just be punks who are like yeah, I'm being incredibly rude, what are you going to do about it? Punks have to conform to their gang's fashion too, y'know. Or maybe they're insecure about their weight and it makes them feel good to have their pants lagging at their ankles.
